In addition, VALID Printers have an outstanding 3 year parts warranty which includes printhead. After the first year, an onsite or depot maintenance agreement will be available for a reduced price reflecting the parts warranty. However, if you chose not to accept a maintenance agreement at the end of the first year, the printer is still covered by the parts warranty for a total of 3 years.
