In addition, VALID Printers have an outstanding 3 year parts warranty which includes printhead. After the first year, an onsite or depot maintenance agreement will be available for a reduced price reflecting the parts warranty. However, if you chose not to accept a maintenance agreement at the end of the first year, the printer is still covered by the parts warranty for a total of 3 years. For Businesses located in North & South Carolina, you can convert the 1st year Depot Warranty to an Onsite Warranty on this printer for $450.00 After the first year, an onsite or depot maintenance agreement will be available for a reduced price reflecting the parts warranty.
